E.P. Dutton, New York, 1948. A very early piece of literature dealing openly with homosexuality and a very well written novel. Early Vidal is such excellent reading. A small owner’s signature at top right hand corner of the front free endpaper, a little wear on the gilt of the spine in a price clipped very good dust jacket faded at the spine with a couple of small closed tears at the edges.
