Viking Press, New York, 1957. A very good copy of both the book and the dust jacket. The dust jacket shows some wear (small closed tears and small chips to edges) but better than usually found. The dust jacket has mild sunning to the spine and is the first state being a price “$3.95” and the red and blue banners on the rear panel. The book itself is has a small mark to the front pastedown where a former owner’s signature name was lined through, and an unnoticeable split at the bottom third of the back hinge. A collectible copy of this cornerstone of American Literature and a bible for all Beat literature collectors.
