Some, but not all, of the methods are of questionable legality today due to changes in the laws after the Market crashed in 1929 particularly the passage of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1933 and 1934. A great find in very good condition of investment history from the Magazine of Wall Street (formerly called The Ticker). A fascinating read about stock trading as well.
